As a consultant, appraiser and umpire we are frequently called upon to validate appropriate pricing for certain unit and hourly costs.
Below please find a brief survey containing some of the most requested unit costs and labor prices.
Our goal is to provide a fair representation of the values that are required on a TPA or Preferred Vendor Program by the Carrier, as well as standard market rates for work provided outside these referral systems.
